What is Fresh Encounter Woods you may ask? Fresh Encounter Woods is a 26 acre church camp that is owned by Dupont Church, that can be rented out by your Church group, Family, Club, or community. The rental cost is by donation. Many people ask what we have to offer? Well let me tell you that Fresh Encounter Woods has plenty to offer for all ages. We have a large building that has heat and ac, a full kitchen, a game room, and a large meeting room with many Bible story murals on the wall. This building is what we call the Eagles Nest. The camp also has a Chapel, also known as The Fetter Family Chapel which was named after the family that gave us this wonderful opportunity to own this beautiful camp. The chapel can fit around 20 people or more if you would like. It has a screened-in patio with chairs to sit in and enjoy each other’s company or just have quiet time with God. On the back of the chapel there is a deck that overlooks the newly Dug pond. This pond can be used for swimming, fishing, baptisms, and relaxation. There is also a 3 acre recreation field. That has a playground, volleyball, Gaga Ball, and a backstop for games. There are also over 3 miles of trails that some are stoned. In the future we also hope to get some camper hookups.

Casey Etter is the Fresh Encounter Woods Director. He has many qualities from natural leadership, planning and executing camp ministries, & working with volunteers.
He is very active in his faith. Casey has a great vision & desire to see the youth, families & community come to know and grow in the Lord.
